He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he was a United States Air Force Officer for 12 years. John graduated from the Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics. He went on to get his Master of Arts in Management from Webster University. He is actively involved in the community and has served as President of the Board of Directors of Imagine! – a non-profit organization helping individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities and Frasier Meadows, a Boulder based non-profit continuing care retirement community. John resides in Boulder, CO with his wife Deea. They have two adult children Dallas Ann and Charles Lewis. Dallas is an Engineer, working and living in Denver. Charlie is a Registered Nurse working and living near University of Colorado Anschutz hospital. In his leisure time, John enjoys spending time with his family, running, skiing, hiking, fly fishing and participating in most water sports.
